| I grew up in a Pentecostal church. It wasn’t long before I was singing first in the junior choir then in the main choir as an alto. I loved to sing. I sang in different groups in the church and met Kelvin Allwood through this. As I reached the end of my teens I was lured away by the call of the nightlife. Thankfully even though I left God, God never once left me. He gave me the gift of singing. I met up with Kelvin again in later life through working with his wife, I was searching for a deeper meaning in my life and he invited me to sing with him again. Very shortly after we formed the worship group ‘Outcry’. We meet with other Christian musicians and practice regularly and take the gospel to people and places where God leads us. |
